We deliver to most UK mainland addresses free of charge. For Scottish mainland addresses, please use our delivery cost checker as some postcodes may incur additional charges. How Our Free Delivery Works

Ground Floor Delivery Only – to your front entrance or garage.

Careful Handling – furniture wrapped for protection, floors safeguarded with blankets.

Delivery Timescale – we’ll give you an estimated date when you order. We’ll confirm a date and time window by email or phone before arrival.

Sign on Delivery – you’ll be asked to confirm your items are in good condition. Any issues should be noted on the paperwork for a quick resolution (usually within 48 hours).

Our team can only deliver items purchased from Brentham Furniture. For old furniture removal, please contact a local charity or disposal service.
