Brentham Free Delivery Service

Free Delivery applies to all local orders within a 100-mile radius over £500. For orders under £500 there is a delivery charge of £35. If your postcode is out of area we would ask you to check the calculator above by providing your postcode.

Brenthams Free Delivery will be to the front entrance on the ground floor of the property or garage (or similar) only. We do not take goods upstairs or to the room of choice and any removal and disposal of packaging is your responsibility.

Some areas of Scotland do have additional charges but please check above.

Brentham FREE Delivery* is part of our ongoing effort in providing the best possible buying experience. All our furniture is delivered by an experienced specialised delivery team who make every effort to make your purchase exciting and enjoyable. The team take your items to the ground floor room of your choice (please ensure access is possible to this room). If required they will show you how the product functions and provide you with all the care information you need to get the best out of your furniture.

When you place your order with our sales team or online we will advise you of an estimated timescale for delivery. Your order will be booked in advance (usually by email or phone) and we will advise you of a date and approximate timing window.

When we transport your furniture, it is wrapped to ensure it is protected for its entire journey and if needed on delivery our team will use blankets to protect your floors and ask all areas to be clear for the successful installation of your order into your desired room of choice.

When you receive your delivery, our team will ask you to sign a sheet to confirm the furniture is in good order and should you find any goods to be defective they will ask you to note the paperwork accordingly, so our customer service team can remedy a resolution quickly (within 48 hours) and to your satisfaction.

If for any reason your furniture cannot be delivered due to access problems, or a missed delivery appointment, the furniture remains the property of you the customer and any further attempts to deliver by Brenthams will incur a delivery charge.

Brentham Delivery Upgrade

If you do not choose the Brentham Free Delivery service above, you can choose to take our Delivery Upgrade. Delivery, if access allows, will be to the room of choice and packaging removed. Please note – we do not offer an assembly service but if you would like us to refer you to an outside specialist to assemble, please just ask.

Please ensure before you order any furniture you have checked there is sufficient access for the goods to fit through any landings, doorways, passages, and stairwells and if the room of choice is upstairs or second floor, we cannot guarantee this will take place without prior confirmation and we would ask you to contact the store if you are unsure.

In the unfortunate event that the furniture you have ordered will not fit into the room of choice or where it is too large to be taken through a doorway or entrance, we must advise that Brentham Furniture cannot accept responsibility and the goods will need to be left in an alternative room. In this unlikely event please contact the store on 0203 282 7556 and a member of our team will try to recommend a specialist delivery or removal company in your area.

If you wish to upgrade to this service, please contact us for a price. To do this we ask you to contact the store and they will provide you a cost for this service. This will depend on your postcode and size of your order and will be added on to your invoice as an additional charge. This can be done after you have placed the order with us on-line if you have already placed your order with us.
