Brentham Free Delivery Service

We’re delighted to offer free delivery to most areas on the UK Mainland.

For Scotish mainland addresses, please use our delivery cost checker as these will incur additional charges. Scottish deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. For a precise estimate, get in touch with us.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and other British Isles locations are not included in this free service. For a quote, please call us at 0203 282 7556.

Brentham’s Free Delivery covers delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor or a garage (or similar) only. Unfortunately, we cannot take goods upstairs or to your room of choice, and any disposal of packaging will be your responsibility.

When you place your order, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timescale. Your order will be scheduled in advance (usually via email or phone), and we’ll inform you of the date and time window.

During transport, your furniture will be wrapped for protection, and our team will use blankets to safeguard your floors. Please ensure that all areas are clear for the smooth installation of your order into your chosen room.

Upon delivery, our team will ask you to sign a confirmation sheet to acknowledge that the furniture is in good condition. If you notice any defects, please note them on the paperwork so our customer service team can resolve the issue promptly (usually within 48 hours).

If there are access issues or a missed delivery appointment, the furniture remains your property, and any further delivery attempts by Brentham will incur additional charges.


 

Brentham White Glove Delivery Upgrade

If you prefer not to use our Brentham Free Delivery service, you can opt for our White Glove Delivery Upgrade. This includes delivery to your room of choice and removal of packaging. Please note, we do not offer assembly services, but we can refer you to an external specialist if needed.

For a quote on the White Glove Delivery Upgrade, call our sales team at 0203 282 7556. The cost depends on your postcode and order size. You can request this upgrade after placing your order online.

Please note, the White Glove Delivery Upgrade is not available for remote areas or locations where additional distance charges apply.


 

Important Information – Access, Failed Deliveries & Cancellations

Ensure there is adequate access for our couriers. If the goods cannot fit into your property on the first attempt, the delivery will be marked as failed. If you’re not at the delivery address during the agreed slot, the delivery will also be considered failed.

To cancel a delivery slot, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Without this notice, the delivery will be marked as failed.

In the event of a failed delivery, you’ll be charged for any additional delivery attempts, or you can collect the items from our warehouse once they are returned.

Before ordering, check that there is enough access for the goods to fit through landings, doorways, passages, and stairwells. If your chosen room is upstairs, contact the store for confirmation, as we cannot guarantee delivery without prior arrangement.

If the furniture does not fit into the room of choice or through an entrance, Brentham Furniture is not responsible. The goods will need to be left in an alternative room. If this occurs, contact the store at 0203 282 7556, and we’ll assist in finding a local specialist delivery or removal company.


 

Delivery Vehicle Access

Our Luton Van couriers use large vehicles, so please ensure there is sufficient access for delivery. If a bin wagon can reach your address, we should have no issues. If you suspect there might be access problems, call us at 0203 282 7556 before placing your order to discuss alternative delivery options.


 

Furniture Removal

Our couriers are not able to move or remove any old furniture. They are insured only to deliver furniture purchased from us. For old furniture removal, consider contacting local charities, many of which offer free collection services and support good causes.


 

Direct Shipments

We collaborate with several suppliers who deliver directly to ensure swift delivery of your items. This may mean you receive your goods from a different courier than usual. Occasionally, the supplier or courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day.
