Do I need an account to order?

No - you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view order history and save delivery details for next time.

How do I create an account?

You can create one during checkout or via the “My Account” link on our website.

I’ve forgotten my password - what now?

Use the “Forgotten password” link to receive a secure reset email. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.

Where can I see my orders and invoices?

Log in to “My Account” to view current orders, past orders and downloadable invoices.

How do I update my details?

You can update your name, addresses and contact details in “My Account”. For changes to an active order, please contact us directly.

How do I change my marketing preferences?

Adjust your email preferences in “My Account” or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Please contact us and we’ll help with account deletion or data requests in line with UK GDPR.
