Where do you deliver and how?

We offer free delivery to most UK mainland addresses; some locations may incur an additional charge. Our standard service is to the doorstep or hallway. For certain orders, we can deliver to your room of choice. Please ensure safe, adequate access. If operatives deem access unsafe or inappropriate, delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

Can I change my delivery address/date?

Yes - please contact us as soon as possible. A change of address after checkout may incur extra delivery costs. If you miss a delivery appointment, we can rearrange but redelivery charges will apply.

How many delivery attempts are made?

We’ll attempt delivery up to three times. If you decline all offered slots, we’ll assume you no longer wish to proceed, retain your deposit and return the goods to stock.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates are always estimates based on supplier information. Time of delivery is not of the essence. We aim to fulfil all orders within 90 days of accepting the order unless you expressly agree otherwise.

When does ownership and risk pass to me?

Risk passes on delivery to you (or your nominated carrier). Title passes once we’ve received full cleared payment for the order.

Will the items definitely fit?

It’s the customer’s responsibility to check measurements for doorways, stairwells and the intended space. If items don’t fit and you ask us to attempt delivery anyway, any resulting damage is at the customer’s risk.
