How do orders work online?

After you submit an order you’ll receive an acknowledgement with an order number—this isn’t acceptance. Once payment is authorised and availability confirmed, we’ll send a second confirmation; at that point a binding contract is formed.

Can I pay a deposit?

Yes—you can pay a 20% deposit or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled before delivery by BACS or debit card. We also offer finance via V12 Retail Finance (subject to status and affordability).

Can I cancel?

Stock orders: You may cancel prior to despatch - email orders@brenthamfurniture.co.uk and we’ll confirm by return.
Bespoke/Special orders: Not subject to the cooling?off period and can’t be cancelled once production has begun, except if faulty.

All cancellation requests should be sent by email or letter to our head office.

Can I change my order details?

We’ll help where possible - please contact us promptly. Changes to services or delivery address after checkout may incur additional charges.

When does ownership and risk pass to me?

Title passes once full cleared payment is received. Risk passes on delivery to you or to a third?party carrier you nominate.
