My item arrived with damage - what should I do?
Note any delivery?related damage on the driver’s delivery advice note if possible, and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can arrange an assessment.
A fault has developed after delivery - am I covered?
Yes - most items are covered by a manufacturer guarantee. We’ll arrange a prompt inspection and the appropriate remedy. Please don’t attempt unauthorised repairs.
Colour or texture looks different to the website - can I return it?
Website images may not always show the exact fabric/leather option. If unsure, please request a sample before ordering. Bespoke/Special Orders made to your options aren’t returnable for colour/texture differences unless faulty.
