Can I cancel and return if I’ve changed my mind?

For online and phone orders, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to send the items back. Change?of?mind returns are at your cost and remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

What condition must returns be in?

Returns must reach us within 28 days of delivery, unused, in perfect resaleable condition, with original manufacturer packaging intact and not partially or fully assembled.

Are any items excluded from returns?

Yes—Bespoke/Special Order items (configured to your chosen options) are not eligible for change?of?mind cancellation or return unless faulty.

When will I get my refund?

We’ll reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may deduct for any diminished value due to unnecessary handling. Where applicable, we refund the standard delivery charge only.

What if the item is faulty or arrives damaged?

You have a short?term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If an item is faulty/damaged or not as described, return postage is our responsibility and we’ll arrange inspection, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Please report delivery damage on the delivery note where possible and contact us promptly with photos.
